Taking the Terrace Metrics Partnership to the Next Level! Launching Actionaly in Seven New Districts!

At Actionaly, the team continually seeks methods to reduce administrative burdens on customers. Throughout the previous year, significant effort went into refining the collaboration with Terrace Metrics, a behavioral health assessment system serving students from pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The outcome is an integrated module enabling administrators to streamline the complete workflow: obtaining parent consents, managing rosters, and accessing real-time results.

In March, Actionaly introduced the Terrace Metrics module across seven districts, generating considerable positive feedback.

Customer Perspective

Stephanie, Wellness & Community Outreach Coordinator at Reading Community City Schools in Ohio, oversaw implementation for her district. She noted: "Tracking parent opt-outs and responses is typically time-consuming, but Actionaly managed all of that for us." She continued: "Being able to login and see all my data in one place made a new initiative much less daunting than it might have been without Actionaly."

The PARIS Framework

The implementation process follows a structured five-step approach called "PARIS":

Prepare

Districts ready for assessments by loading rostering and notification data. Terrace Metrics and Actionaly provide training covering:

  • Parent and guardian notification via newsletter and informed consent
  • Assessment indicator selection
  • Scheduling coordination
  • Integrated consent and rostering workflow

Assess

Students access assessments through personal email links, unique access codes, or authentication platforms like Clever or Classlink, completing a 15-minute survey during class time.

Respond

Upon completion, counselors immediately view responses and can contact students and families as needed. Individual results and aggregate school/district reports help staff identify student strengths and needs.

Intervene

Terrace Metrics employs a multi-tiered system of supports framework including:

  • Tier I/Tier II/Tier III curriculum
  • Parent and educator videos
  • Parent and educator workshops
  • Terrace Metrics intervention planning support

Set Up for Success

Organizations reflect on processes and schedule subsequent assessment rounds.

Support Structure

Actionaly provides dedicated technical support during preparation and assessment phases. Stephanie reflected: "Onboarding with Heather was really simple. She walked us through each step without overwhelming us and responded quickly to questions."

Terrace Metrics experts train staff on risk and resilience indicators, data analysis, and customized intervention planning.

Actionaly invited participants to the Terrace Metrics "Spring Hobnob" webinar featuring Dr. Rich Gilman, President and Co-Founder of Terrace Metrics, discussing platform updates and curriculum integration. The event was scheduled for May 12, 12:00–1:00 p.m. ET.
